The French fashion designer, Coco Chanel once said, “Fashion Passes, Style Remains…”

In the years since these models were originally introduced, there have been numerous innovations in new designs and colors. However, the Victorian style pedestal basins and consoles from the Duchess Collection remain unfazed, even at running the risk of quoting an overused cliché.

In this case, it does apply that “true classic design is timeless.”

The VPB3298 29" Basin Console for 8" Center Mounts with Pedestal Support

The VPB3298 8″ Center Pedestal Basin is an example of truly harmonious design. The leg of this pedestal displays a simple base (34-1/8″ in height), followed by a curved shaft ending with an ample 29” rounded basin. Because it is set up to accommodate a widespread faucet, you will have plenty of faucet options to give this pedestal a finished look.

The VPB1258 possesses a Doric style base which shows a plain capital and a fluted column. This design is elegant yet not overdone. The basin itself measures an ample 25-3/4” length and is set up with 8” widespread faucet hole (3) drillings. If you do need 4” center-to-center drillings you may opt for the VPB1254 26″ basin console.

The Duchess Suite also showcases its offering of 36” basin tops supported by either a set of white ceramic legs that will match the basin top or with a set of metal legs is also available. The legs can be ordered in any of the following three finishes: Polished Chrome, Oil-Rubbed Bronze or Satin Nickel.

In particular, the VPB13681 series (with VPB13685, VPB13688) features solid brass construction on all joint connectors with anti-slip rubber pads on support legs.

The VPB1361ST series (with VPB1365ST, VPB1368ST) is ideal for 8″ center mounts and are constructed from 1-1/2″ diameter stainless steel tubing.
